3) Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• Users must be of legal age or have guardian consent for minors.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
• Comply with university/embassy requirements and deadlines.

4) Applications & Admissions

We assist in identifying suitable universities, preparing applications, and organizing documents. Final admission decisions are made solely by the universities and are subject to their policies and updates without prior notice.

• No admission is guaranteed; admission decisions rest exclusively with the university.
• Visa decisions are the responsibility of the relevant consular authorities.

5) Fees & Payment Policy

• Consulting/service fees may be charged as quoted in advance.
• University, test, and attestation fees are paid directly to the respective bodies unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund policy (if any) is defined in the service quote or a separate agreement.

6) Scholarships & Funding

We offer guidance on available scholarships and financial support options where applicable. Final availability, quotas, and decisions are determined by granting bodies and universities.

7) Accuracy of Documents

The user is responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all documents (certificates, transcripts, statements of purpose, etc.). Any inaccuracy may result in rejection without liability on FPS.

8) Communication & Privacy

By using our services, you consent to receive communications related to your application via email, phone, or messaging apps. Our Privacy Policy governs how your data is collected and used.

9) Intellectual Property

All texts, materials, logos, and designs within our websites and services are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written consent from FPS.

10) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• FPS assumes no liability for decisions or actions of universities, embassies, or third parties.
• In all cases, FPS’s total liability—if any—shall not exceed the total fees paid to FPS for the specific service.
